Called to Rent

How it works

Two sides. One clear path.

Called to Rent is a matching platform for mission timelines — not a property manager and not a party to your lease. Here's the full flow for both sides.

01

Create an account and list your home

Add mission start and end dates, photos, care expectations (yard, pool, mail), utilities, furnished level, smoke/pet rules, and an early-return plan if dates shift.

02

We review — then you go live

Every listing is manually reviewed before it appears on Browse Homes. You’ll get an email when it’s approved, or if something small needs a fix.

03

Review applications and choose who to talk to

Applicants share household details, two references, and optional questions. You respond with “wants to talk more” or mark the home rented when you’ve found someone.

04

Lease directly — we stay out of the contract

Use a state-specific lease and appropriate insurance. Called to Rent connects you; we are not a party to the rental agreement.

03

Hear back from the homeowner

04

Agree on a written lease

Work out terms, deposits, and insurance directly with the owner. Respect mission dates and the care checklist they published.
