How it's used
To display listings, connect homeowners with applicants, and operate basic account features like saved homes. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see what
Listing city/state, price, and photos are public. Full listing applications (including contact info and references) are visible only to the homeowner of that specific listing. Your account email and phone are never shown publicly.
Data storage
Data is stored with Supabase, a third-party database provider, and protected with row-level security so users can only access their own private data.
Your choices
You can update or delete your listing or application information at any time from your account. Contact us if you'd like your account fully removed.
